Addressed non-compliance by effectively communicating the consequences of unsafe practices in a constructive manner.
Worked alongside safety supervisors to ensure all areas complied with the required safety standards.

Managed difficult situations where employees were resistant to safety rules, using effective communication to explain how the safety protocols benefited them and the company.
Engaged in conflict resolution, balancing the enforcement of safety rules with maintaining positive relationships.
Supported the People Manager and senior safety supervisors in organizing training and workshops that enhanced understanding of safety standards.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborated with fellow safety supervisors to ensure consistent enforcement of safety rules across the site.
Worked closely with the senior people manager to improve the overall safety culture within the team.
Played a key role in team discussions to share insights and suggestions for improving safety processes.

Employees gained a better understanding of the safety rules, leading to fewer safety incidents and violations.
Enhanced Team Collaboration:
Developed stronger working relationships with fellow safety supervisors and senior personnel. Our teamwork resulted in more effective safety inspections and training sessions.
Positive communication and conflict resolution led to a more harmonious work environment, where employees were more receptive to safety instructions.
