It facilitates direct access to vessel owners, efficient crew onboarding, bunkering, and debunking management, and much more. The platform was built to revolutionize how maritime businesses operate, reducing costs and increasing efficiency across various processes. During the software development phase, AnchorJeti faced the challenge of building a seamless operational framework while integrating HR and project management systems.

My Role

As an HR Executive and Scrum Master, I played a pivotal role in the agile project management of the software’s development. In addition to overseeing HR functions, I was responsible for team recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring smooth project delivery by guiding the team through agile processes. This included managing sprint cycles, ensuring consistent communication, and aligning the project scope with stakeholder needs. My experience in analytics and operations allowed me to bridge the gap between the technical team and the business side, ensuring the software met both user and organizational expectations.

Objectives

  • Build a scalable HR system to support growing operations and team dynamics.
